Commission Program
Laskey Properties pays a cooperating sales
commission on all of its properties listed in
the Cambria Somerset Board of Realtors Multiple
Listing Service. These properties listed through
Laskey Properties Real Estate award a 2.5%
commission of the sales price to the selling
agency.
Referral Program
For those realtors selling a building site to
their client, a commission referral program is
available. For referring a client to us for the
construction of their home, a referral fee is
paid to the referring broker of 2% of the
construction contract. Fees are paid when the
client executes a construction contract. To
refer a client, call and schedule an appointment
to register your client.
