2011

• Mr. Laskey was reelected as PBA Midwest representative to the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center
• Paul Laskey will serve on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Builders Association and the Somerset County Builders Association.
• Laskey Properties will attend the PHRC Housing and Land Development Conference held in York Pa
• Paul Laskey will attend the PBA Spring board meeting in Gettysburg, Pa.

2010

• Paul Laskey was elected as PBA Midwest Regional Goverment Affairs Officer and PHRC representative.
• Mr. Laskey is currently serving as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Somerset County Builders Association.
• Paul Laskey served as co-chair of the SCBA Home Show and exhibition.
• Mr. Laskey completed the 2009 update class for the International Residential Building Code.

2009

• Paul Laskey will accept the position as President of the Somerset County Builders Association for a two year term
• Staff will attend the International Home Builders Show in Las Vegas, Nevada

2008

• Paul Laskey elected the SCBA Government Affairs Representative for PBA
• Staff attended the Spring PBA Board meeting in Gettysburg
• Staff attended the Summer PBA Board meeting in State College
• Sponsored Fight Night at War Memorial during Thunder in the Valley
• Assisted in the organization of the SCBA Gun Bash

2007

• Received CSAR RPAC Award
• Staff attended the Fall PBA Board meeting at Nemacolin Woodlands

2006

• Staff attended the International Home Builders Show in Orlando, Florida
• Paul Laskey elected Vice President of the Somerset County Builders Association for a one year term
• Paul Laskey was also named to the board of the Pennsylvania Builders Association.
  
  Company Bio
  
  Laskey Properties was founded in 1999 by Paul Laskey. Paul has spent his entire career in the real estate industry. He has worked as a residential field supervisor for a medium-sized builder. He has obtained a Real Estate Sales license in 1979, and currently holds a Real Estate Brokers License in Pennsylvania. Paul was a licensed real estate appraiser and managed a large real estate appraisal firm in eastern Pennsylvania. The company currently develops and builds single family residential properties in Cambria and Somerset counties in Pennsylvania.
